Look no further, you’ve found a true hidden gem. This is without a doubt one of the best value for money restaurants I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. The service was outstanding; genuine and kind. Go for the set menu, which includes an opening dish (pork rillets, bread and pickles), an appetizer, main course, dessert, and 50cl of wine (!!!) for €14.50. The food is well prepared and good for the price. The andouiette sausage was a standout, and the fries are divine. Very homey and comfortable. It filled quickly with locals, and if I lived in the area I’d certainly be a regular. Alas, I am just a visitor, but I would go out of my way to return. A truly French experience.

I very rarely write reviews, purely as I think it’s down to personal opinion. BUT, I couldn’t not. We are staying at an overnight BnB and ventured to this restaurant after reading a previous review for it. As said I am always a bit sceptical. It was everything and more on what has already been written. The staff were so welcoming and kind. My French is very limited ( enough to get by) and they were very patient. We had 2 children with us and they included them too. Fantastic value for money and a great atmosphere - it’s clear that the locals also love it, as it was packed. Thanks again for a great meal experience.

This place is always busy, and yet the service is very welcoming and friendly, and you're never rushed. The food is some of the best the area has to offer, and always comes out quickly. Would recommend to anyone who wants an authentic French lunch. We also just discovered they have an absolutely lovely patio, with umbrellas, lavender, and an old millstone turned into a fountain. Definitely a must during the summer!
